Pre-Order Items Policy

1.Deposits for pre-ordered products are non-refundable and would not be allowed to swap for other types of products. The delivery date of pre-ordered products is subject to some cricumstances such as final release date of products, posting status, supply conditions…etc.

2.Products are under 14-days exchange protection. If there is defect or damage on the products, we would follow up on case-by-case basis. We do not bear any costs incurrred after sales.

3.If selected deposit to order the Pre-Order products, the balance must be paid within 30 days from the date of our notification, otherwise deposits of pre-ordered products would be forfeited automatically.

How much is the Shipping Fee for pre-orders?

1. Customers can choose to pay the shipping fee when checking out, the product will be automatically shipped after its arrival in our warehouse. An email will be sent to notify you of the status of the collectable.
2. Some products weight and dimensions are not known prior to the release of the product, thus customers will receive an email to pay for the shipping fee.

In the case of any disputes, INLC Toys Limited reserves the right of final decision.
